Hi there! In case we haven't met, I'm Lauren, a triathlete, half marathoner and green juice addict on a journey to choose healthy. 

In July 2013, I decided to change my life and have since lost (and kept off!) 25 lbs. 

Along the way, I found a few things that I was using over and over again on my journey and I wanted to bring them to you - to help you choose healthy, too:

Mug
Hot tea, almond milk lattes, and turmeric milks are on current rotation in my house! I wanted to create a mug that inspired you to keep drinking your favorite drinks and remind yourself and encourage you to healthify them! My favorite way to do this is by using almond milk instead of regular and sweetening with stevia instead of sugar cubes.

Totes
If there's one thing I use daily, it's a good tote bag. I'm always running errands, making a pit stop at the grocery store, or stopping by the farmers market. I wanted to share a couple bags that you can keep with you but have a fun, inspiring saying on them reminding you to choose healthy while you're shopping. These are high-quality and very reliable - perfect for your weekly grocery haul. 

Apparel
This one's a given - you can't workout without a cute, comfortable outfit! I decided to create a tank top that's perfect for morning yoga, a walk on the beach, or an afternoon toning workout. The long-sleeve is ideal for cold mornings, wintertime workouts, or even a night off for snuggling on the couch. The sayings are playful and fun, too!
