Choose Healthy Mug

Hot tea, almond milk lattes, and turmeric milks are on current rotation in my house!

I have a never-ending collection of 10-oz mugs, but I was on the hunt for a larger mug that could hold my entire almond milk chai. In doing so, I also wanted to create something that would inspire my day to be the best it could be, so I added my signature motto - "choose healthy, live happy."

Having a mug with a healthy saying on it will encourage you to healthify your morning drink to keep your goals on track. My favorite way to do this is by using almond milk instead of regular and sweetening with stevia instead of sugar cubes.

This ceramic mug is 15-oz, made in the USA and is both dishwater and microwave safe. A perfect addition to your cupboard!
